Booking Term Agreement
When you decide to book with Stylist Lee Hair Studio, you are acknowledging that a Deposit is Required in order to reserve a appointment at Stylist Lee Hair Studio.
When you book with Stylist Lee Hair Studio you acknowledge that your 50% deposit is non refundable and non transferable
48 hours notice is requested for any movement or cancellation of appointments. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the missed appointment, which will result in a non refundable deposit that is paid at booking. Remaining balance owed from cancellation applied to your next visit.
Stylist Lee Hair Studio reserves the right to cancel any non-confirmed appointments at any time bthrough our booking system "Booking Bug''.
Client/Service Refusal-- Here at Stylist Lee Hair Studio, we guarantee all of our services. We reserve the right to refuse any services should we feel the service requested is not up to our standards, or may compromise the integrity of the hair.
Stylist Lee Hair Studio and its staff also reserve the right to refuse service to any clients should they feel threatened due to verbal or physical abuse of any sort. Any sort of behavior will not be tolerated, and will be dealt with accordingly.
Arriving-- We kindly ask that all clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow proper check-in time, parking and so we may answer any questions before your services start. Failure to arrive on time will result in Late Fee after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time/ or having to reschedule your appointment based on stylist availability. If you arrive 30 minutes after the intial appoinment time your appointment will be cancelled and forced to reschedule, in results your deposit will be forfeited to Stylist Lee Hair Studio to accommodate for time lost.
Stylist Lee Hair Studio Policy for Children under 12 To ensure the quality comfort that we created here in the Stylist Lee Hair environment, where our guests can relax and indulge in our services, we kindly request that you make arrangements to refrain children under the age of 12 years old within the salon. We apologize for any inconveniences.
Guest-- Stylist Lee Hair Studio DOES NOT accommodate any type of guest of any kind. Due to small studio space we ask that the person receiving service only be present.
Pricing-- Please note that all prices listed are a base price- which means these are starting prices and Stylist Lee Hair Studio has the right to up charge based on the condition of hair. Prices can vary depending on many factors including hair length, Density, texture, level of Stylist, and/or creative process. Please keep in mind that, although we do offer many promotions, they can only be used one at a time, and are not stack able.
Thank you for your understanding. Gratuities: Gratuities are completely at your discretion. Generally speaking, a gratuity of 15% is standard for a service well done. Gratuities may be left in cash/Credit card. Cell Phones-- We ask you to kindly turn your cell phones or any other electronic devices to silent during your stay with us.
Special Services-- Due to the high cost of Product, all Keratin and Hair Extension services will need a 50% non-refundable deposit either during a consultation, or prior to the service being performed.
Returns & Refunds-- Refunds are not given as all sells & services are final. At Stylist Lee Hair Studio, your happiness is our main priority. All our services are guaranteed, as such we provide you with a 3day window from he date of service and you must contact Stylist Lee Hair Studio no later than the 2nd day to fix service on the 3rd window day to guarantee your satisfaction. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep in mind, that your redo service MUST be done with the stylist who originally did your hair (unless otherwise authorized by the management). Method of Payment-- At Stylist Lee Hair Studio, we accept Visa, Master Card and Cash (NO ID for credit Card No service- Name Must match on the Card).
